Good afternoon, Team,
We hope you and your loved ones are safe from the hurricane! Our efforts are focused on contacting our employees and making sure that you are safe and aware that you can return to work, tomorrow Friday September 30th, 2022, regular operating hours.

Hello Team,
We are hoping that everyone is safe and only had to deal with the monsoon rain and howling wind from yesterday.
We are happy to report that Kemco facility and building fared the storm well. We never lost power and there are just a few branches down in front.
Please make sure to check-in with your team-lead and/or supervisor.
Stay Safe!
Hurricane Checklist: Securing Your Facility
- Clear Property or tie down any items that could become flying missiles in high winds.
- Protect Windows and Glass Doors.
- Turn Off electricity, water and gas.
- Close The Office in sufficient time to allow employees to secure their homes, obtain needed supplies and evacuate if necessary.
9/26/2022 – 5:19pm
Team,
Pinellas County officials have released an evacuation order for all residents in evacuation zone A. Those in evacuation zones B and C will likely come under an evacuation order effective at 7 a.m. Tuesday. Those zones combined constitute much of coastal Pinellas County, including most or all the beach towns and cities, as well as Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, and Tarpon Springs.
Considering that we would never ask any of our employees to put themselves or their families in harm’s way, we are asking all employees who can come to work (depending on your evacuation order and personal situation) to report to work at 5:00 am tomorrow Tuesday September 27, 2022, to help us secure the facility and/or finalize any projects you are currently working on.
Once the facility is secured, we will likely dismiss for the day.
The storm is predicted to affect the Tampa Bay area Wednesday and Thursday. While we cannot be sure of the of intensity of the storm at that time nor the full impact it may have on our area, our goal is to keep everyone safe and informed.
We will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday. As we wish to confirm everyone’s safety, you will receive a message in Paylocity to check-in with your supervisor by no later than midnight, Thursday September 29, 2022. This will be the most efficient way to manage the head count and ensure we are all safe.
As soon as the storm passes and the site is evaluated, a message will be sent to all employees letting them know if it is safe to come back to work on Friday. This message will be sent after a careful evaluation of the facility for utilities, accessibility, damage, and safety. Please do not drive to work until you receive this message.
If you would like to use PTO hours to offset the time off, you are welcome to do so. Depending on the state of the facility after the hurricane, we are offering you the opportunity to work on Saturday and Sunday to recoup the time lost.
